It includes the popular CSL DD, a 5Nm direct drive wheelbase that set the benchmark for size, weight and feedback fidelity when it was launched in 2021.

There is also the CSL P1 V2 steering wheel with a 300 mm rim and rev counter display at the top. Then there is the CSL pedal set for gas and brakes.

It’s worth noting that the CSL DD is only intended for use on PC and Xbox consoles, unlike the Gran Turismo DD Pro, which also works on the PlayStation. An 8Nm boost kit to increase the base’s torque is available as an optional extra, as is a load cell kit to improve the brake pedal experience. With an additional adapter, the DD can also be mounted on the table.

Starting at $499.95/€ in February, it’s now a low $399.95/€ – a whopping $100/€ reduction.

The new price follows Moza Racing offering a comparison set for $529. The race for affordable direct drive sim racing gear is on. Orders for the Ready2Race group are now possible directly via Fanatec.
