iRacing – MotorLand Aragón is under development

It seems that the Spanish wave unleashed by Alonso is not the only one gripping motorsport. Not wanting to be left behind, iRacing will launch a new circuit with the same flag representing the Asturian flag, as it is the MotorLand Aragón circuit. This was announced by the people of Massachusetts on their social media, adding to the many new items they unveiled this year.

The renowned circuit in the Alcañiz region (Spain) is almost an icon of motorsport, most notably as a venue for MotoGP, although it has never hosted a Formula 1 Grand Prix. However, events such as the Superbike World Championship (WSBK), the CEV (Spanish Motorcycle Championship), the aforementioned MotoGP and the World Series by Renault have also taken place here. In addition to these international races, various national and regional championships in motorcycle, car, karting and autocross sports are also held there.

MotorLand Aragón has been assisted in its development by a team of highly respected and experienced professionals. The project started in 2006 with the first competitions on the kart and off-road track. In 2009, with the inauguration of the speed course, the sports complex was completed with a clear vision of becoming a driving force for progress throughout the region. The venue currently hosts over 30 automotive events per year.

See you on the track!
