Moza Racing: R5 and FSR, new wheelbase and new steering wheel

More hardware is coming. And that’s HUGE because we have another closer competitor in the entry-level direct drive wheel base range. This Moza Racing R5 is even smaller and cheaper than Moza Racing R9, so it could be a very nice pack for the newcomers to the simRacing universe. Also Moza Racing completes the launch with a new steering wheel, this time with an advanced display to cover all types of players.

MOZA announces new direct drive wheel package, FSR Formula Wheel

Sim racing hardware manufacturer MOZA Racing is pleased to announce a new entry-level direct drive wheel package that aims to build on its ever-expanding lineup, as well as a new Moza Racing FSR Formula Wheel. The new products aim to satisfy both newcomers to direct drive wheels and veterans looking for a top-of-the-line wheel.

The R5 Wheelbase is MOZA’s newest entry-level direct drive wheelbase with 5.5Nm of torque. It shares a similar sleek black design to the R9 but with a smaller, more compact shape.

The R5 bundle comes with a new wheel from MOZA, the ES. The ES Wheel is a leather rim wheel equipped with MOZA’s signature Flow lights, a quick release system and configurable buttons via MOZA’s MOZA Pit House software suite.

The bundle also includes a new pedal set, the SR-P Lite Pedals. This is a lightweight, all-steel version of MOZA’s SR-P pedals. The pedals still offer flexibility and adjustability, minus the SR-P load cell braking system.

The Moza Racing R5 Bundle represents MOZA’s attempt to appeal to consumers who are curious about direct drive simulators but conscious of their budget. The Moza Racing R5 will retail for $599 including the wheelbase, table clamp, wheel and pedals, making it the best direct drive package at this price point.

The Moza Racing FSR Formula Wheel is MOZA’s latest premium wheel. It extends the success of the GS GT Wheel with a full carbon fiber frame and a 4.3 inch HD screen with 15 different UI interfaces. It is 280mm wide and has perforated leather for the grips.

The Moza Racing FSR features an optional USB port for increased compatibility. It also includes additional buttons on the steering wheel to ensure the driver can make all the necessary adjustments on the fly.

The new Moza Racing FSR Formula Wheel will retail for $649 and is compatible with all MOZA wheelbases.
MOZA is pleased to announce these new products and will continue to expand its range of sim racing products. For more information, follow MOZA social media platforms or visit the website (http://www.mozaracing.com).
